The location here is fantastic, just a few minutes from University of San Jose, and the room comes equipped with a microwave, fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities.

The room was extremely spacious, as was the bathroom with a long counter to set out all of your toiletries. The refrigerator and microwave had a nice counter set up with a sink. It was a very nice room for the price.

We arrived on a Sunday night and found the ice maker to be broken and no repair in sight until the next day--I did not check to see if it was fixed then. There was only one ice machine for the whole hotel.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good too.

I wish the bed mattress had been slightly firmer. My wife did not like the comforter cover.

The staff here were really friendly all the time. The best part is that this place is super convenient, close to the SJ trolley line, Levi's Stadium, and Great America. Plus, you can easily walk to Sushi Kan for some delicious food. 🍣

It was clean, spacious, quiet, and convenient to the airport. The bedding was excellent in both comfort and quality. The free airport shuttle was a great feature.

It was hard to find the ice machine.

This place is well-kept and pretty clean. The staff here go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The suite has a comfy bed, a nice shower, and a handy bedside table. 🌟

The hotel had indeed a nice location in everything they could. The breakfast was good with a wide array of coffee and fruit.

The location was excellent, as I was attending a convention at the Convention Center.I appreciated the breakfast, it was always staffed and never without items! There was one small glitch at checkout, I was charged a higher rate than what I booked online, but the young lady helping me corrected and was very courteous about the error.I would stay again.

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and other parts of San Jose. The SJ trolley line was right next to the hotel, making transportation a breeze. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Good food, gorgeous hotel, unbeatable location right next to Denny's. Newly decorated and great-sized room with private bathroom and a microwave, a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment. Easy check-in, generally amazing service. Free parking, shuttle to airport. Location close enough to Levi stadium with light rail, old section of area and the conference centre.

This is a hotel where it is clear that the staff care. The front desk attendants and the breakfast cook were particularly nice and attentive. The facility is well kept, again, feeling like the people who run it care. The location is convenient although not a great neighborhood, but I would stay there again because the staff made it such a pleasant experience.

We liked that it was freeway accessable, but not next to the freeway. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The rooms were spacious and inviting.

The element of people hanging out in front of the parking lot made us unsure if our cars would be there in the morning.

Rooms were clean, and large, set up was convenient.
